<러쉬재단 간담회 이후 특정 홀더의 불법적인 행위에 대한 법적대응 안내>
2022년 10월 20일 오후 3시 30분 부터 강남역 인근 윙스터디에서 진행된 러쉬재단 간담회에서 특정 홀더가 재단측 및 참석자의 동의없이, 불법적인 녹취를 진행하였습니다.
또한, 이를 러쉬재단에 허락없이 커뮤니티를 통해 불특정 다수에게 공표하여, 러쉬재단 관계자들의 명예를 크게 훼손하였습니다.
이에 러쉬재단에서는 해당 홀더에 대해 통신보호비밀법 제14조 불법녹취 및 음성권 침해죄, 형법 제307조 1항 명예훼손죄로 민형사상 고소를 진행할 예정임을 알려드립니다.
해당 사안에 대한 명확한 진상규명과 재발방지를 위한 방안이 마련되기 전까지는 러쉬재단에서 정기적으로 진행하려했던 정기 간담회 개최를 무기한 연기하도록 하겠으며, 정기 간담회 개최 재개에 대한 사항은 별도 공지를 통해 안내드릴 수 있도록 하겠습니다.
불미스러운 일이 발생한 것에 대해 다른 러쉬 홀더분들 및 유저분들에게 송구스럽다는 말씀을 전하며, 다시는 이러한 불미스러운 일이 발생하지 않도록 재발방지를 위한 방안을 빠른 시일내에 마련할 수 있도록 하겠습니다.
